  • Session was started by introduction given by Varad Kulkarni in which he includes what is IEEE and how it actually works. He also added about many knowledgeable event and activity which ahead to come. Adding to it a short information was shared which was related to IEEE paper.
  • Further he introduced speaker to the audience. After the introduction the session was taken ahead by speaker Mr. Yogesh Dandawate.
  • Before starting the session sir showed us few technical papers which tells us how a paper looks and what are the important words that we need to keep in mind while writing a paper like title, abstract etc
  • Next point which he covers was about abstract, in which he said abstract should be shorted and powerful and it generally has word limit of around 120-150 words.
  • Next point which was covered was about keyword which are used for computer database search. The speaker added that main use of the keywords is to find similar contained on which you are working on, it was advice to use data based from IEEE keywords library
  • Next thing which was covered was about formulation of the problems in which he triesto suggest us to explain why is it worth solving the problem, also mention what have others done what different you are doing.
  • Moving towards end of session sir introduce to next terms that were conclusion and reference. Conclusion is a section in which we summarize about what is done in the paper it is basically for peoples who do not read whole paper, adding to it sir said many users or people who refer the paper only read introduction and conclusion.
  • Atlast the question were taken by participants which were answer by Dr. Yogesh sir effectively and nicely. At the end vote of thanks was given by Ashish Dhayarkar
